Refund & Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days after order placement. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided once your order is placed.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please subscribe to our newsletter for future updates.
Returns & Refunds
We are currently unable to offer returns or refunds. We make sure that all our handmade products are inspected before shipping, and we do our best to describe each product in the description so that you may choose the fragrance that fit you.
For products damaged during shipping to you, please email a photo of the unused product and order number to info@smitharoma.com within 2 days of delivery. You will receive a replacement or refund once the claim is approved. Please note that refunds do not cover shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please make sure that you can retrieve your package as soon as it is delivered or that it is shipped to a secure location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. However, we are more than willing to assist if after contacting the carrier does not result in a resolution. Please email your order number and concern to info@smitharoma.com
